Once we agree the item is available, we will hold the item 5 business days awaiting payment. If payment is not received in 5 business days the item will be returned to stock immediately. All gun sold as Antiques or Curios, with no guarantees, warranties, or liabilities for any actual usage. If any firearms are to be used for shooting purposes, a qualified gunsmith should inspect them first.

First Time Buyers of Guns
Will send a copy of their Drivers License to verify the age of the person buying the gun and the address where the gun will be shipped.
Shipping
Each purchase is prepared for shipment, and is packed professionally. Boxes and all packing supplies is purchased new to offer strong, reliable packaging during shipment. After an item has been properly packed, it will then be shipped out United States Postal Service for delivery. Items requiring a FFL or C - R are received in shipping when the item is paid-in-full and we have a signed in ink FFL or C - R (FFL and C - R must have legible Premise Address and License Number). All FFL and C - R must be signed in ink and mailed. Please allow no less than 4-7 days for items to be deliver.(Weekends and Holidays not included.) No refunds on shipping costs. Refunds on cancelled purchases are less 15% restocking fee.

My bank charges $15.00 the cost for a wire transfer is $40.00. We ship using The United States Post Office the charge for shipping is $50.00. All packages going outside The U.S. can only be insured for $650.00 per The United States Post Office.

Lay-A-Ways
We offer a 90 day Lay-Away. Down payment must be received within 7 days. 20% is required as down payment. There is NO inspection period on Lay-A-Ways All Lay-A-Ways must be paid-in-full within 90 days. Lay-A-Ways not claimed in 90 days will be returned to stock and are subject to a restocking charge of 15% of the purchase price of the item(s).
Return Policy
We give a one day inspection period. (This does NOT apply to Lay-A-Ways. And International Sale) We must receive the merchandise back in the same condition as we shipped it to qualify to receive a refund. We refund the purchase price of the merchandise only. No refunds on shipping costs. Refunds on cancelled purchases are less 15% restocking fee. There will be no refund on any item(s) not returned to me.
Trades
We are always open to trades however it is very difficult to accomplish trades on items we have not seen. We prefer to reserve trades for in person transactions due to the problem of evaluating something sight unseen. If you elect to send item(s) to us to evaluate we will do so and make you the best offer we can. You will need to cover shipping costs both ways if we are unable to reach an agreeable trade amount.
