#4799 Wm. Chance Double-Barreled Shotgun, English made, 16ga

Description

#4799 Wm. Chance Double-Barreled Shotgun, English made, 16ga percussion …and with 40-inch barrels! FORTY inches!! This is one VERY impressive scattergun! Back-action locks, quite highly embellished with the usual English style engraving, triggerguard finger rest and cap box on the belly of the stock. German Silver trim with platinum barrel band. Barrels retain the majority of the Damascus Twist “striping” pattern and the metal just has light scattered freckle pitting, mostly being around the nipple areas, as is quite common. The wood has had a coating of dark stain amateurishly applied and this should be blended in to look more attractive. But the wood is solid and in basically VG condition. A really interesting gun and conversation piece that is guaranteed to catch the eye of any shotgun enthusiast. VG/VG+ $995

Price: $995.00
