#101274 Early SAA Rig, G.S. Garcia Belt

Description

<p>Item number 101274. This rig for the long-barreled SAA features an unmarked single-loop holster and a cartridge belt marked “G.S. Garcia / Elko, Nev.” The holster has been trimmed at the throat for better access with the trigger finger, and the skirt has been reinforced behind the loop. The holster shows much use and wear, but appears to have been fairly well cared for. It matches the belt in both color and condition. The belt has a rectangular iron buckle, and 30 loops that are undamaged, though they appear to have been restitched a time or two, and are inconsistent as to size. A 44 will fit several of them, but with some, a 41 is really tight. Time and use have rendered the belt fairly fragile but it remains very flexible and soft. GS Garcia marking is faint, but readable. This listing does not include the Colt, but it is for sale elsewhere in my listings. Condition of holster and belt are good as described.
