#2033 Slim-Jim style basket-weave holster, c1890s

Description

#2033 Slim-Jim style basket-weave holster, c1880-90s (as best as I can guess) ....and unmarked as to maker. It has the then popular basket weave motif and triggerguard deep dipping curve, as was very popular in the post-CW years and up to the 1900s. The rear belt flap portion that went over the belt to secure this holster has either been purposefully removed, or simply torn off (a more likely scenario), but any good leather shop could easily replace the missing part with another loop sewn on the back and then trim and dress off the top portion. Then this would still be a VERY serviceable and handsome holster for any long-barreled large frontier revolver. (The 1875 Remington in the photos is NOT part of this offering, but merely for comparitive purposes). $155

Price: $155.00
