#0734 Colts Patent marked six-cavity 36cal gang mold

Description

#0734 Colts Patent marked six-cavity 36cal gang mold for the 36caliber percussiojn Colt revolvers and rifles. A great rarity to find one with the COLTS PATENT markings; this is the only one I have ever seen!! As with most molds of this vintage, this one suffers from the usual dings, dents, bruises and a deep brown patina …but the cavities are nice and the wood handles are free of repairs or serious damage. For the collector of Colt percussion weapons, this would be a great and extremely difficult to obtain addition to an advanced collection. VG $1895
