#658 Colt SAA .44-40 with a 7 ½” barrel Manufactured 1887 this is about 60% blue and case color gun and it has good markings on the barrel, frame, trigger guard and back strap. You can still see the etched panel weak but all there on the left side of barrel “Colt Frontier Six Shooter” and on the top of the barrel in excellent condition is “COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD CT. U.S.A.” with an excellent bore and with excellent Patent dates stamped on left side of frame. There is a lot of blue on the barrel excellent looking case color on the frame and hammer, blue on the cylinder, back strap & trigger guard this gun is British Proof Marked and comes with a Colt Factory Letter. Comes with original 2 piece eagle hard rubber grips no serial number on the grips, these may not have come on the gun but they are original Colt grips and they fit well action works great in single action and locks up tight. This gun has been well cared for and not abused and was probably cleaned after every time they shot it a great etched panel gun that has not been messed with. Serial #1212XX
